Konda EV model will be available. This variant will use a 64-kWh lithium-ion battery and an electric motor that makes 201 horsepower and 291 lb-ft of torque.
It comes with front-drive only and provides a vast range of impressive 258 miles. Recharging battery takes about 9.5 hours on a 240-volt Level II charger. However, if one charges this SUV on Level III Quick Charge station, the battery can reach 80 percent capacity in just 54 minutes.

The price of the brand-new 2025 Hyundai Kona starts at $20,000 for the base model. On the other hand, the most equipped Ultimate starts at $28,000. Adding all-wheel drive to any model costs an additional $1,400.
This model will go on sale at the end of 2020 and it will compete with models such as Jeep Renegade, Chevrolet Trax, Subaru Crosstrek, Honda HR-V, Mazda CX-30, and Toyota C-HR.
