2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor: Redesign, Sport, Price, Colors. The new Ford Bronco has just arrived after nearly three decades of break. The revived nameplate brings some memories but more importantly, it re-established the rivalry with Jeep Wrangler. The new Bronco debuted for the 2021 model year, which means that the next year shouldn’t bring any significant changes, at least when it comes to standard versions. On the other side, we are eagerly waiting to see the Raptor version, which should debut soon. Both 2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor should hit the market in the last quarter of the year.
Of course, standard versions will continue in the same way. As we are talking about the second production year, the best we could see are minor updates like new color options and additional standard features. On the other hand, the Bronco Raptor will come with all kinds of upgrades, whether it’s about aesthetics or mechanics. What’s particularly interesting is that it should get a new engine.
2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor Engines
The engine offer will remain the same when it comes to standard models. The base engine is a 2.3-liter turbo-four, which puts out around 300 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque. A great thing about this engine is that you can pair it with a 7-speed manual gearbox, besides the 10-speed automatic. Those who are looking for something peppier can opt for the 2.7-liter V6, which puts out 325 horsepower and offers a massive max torque of 415 pound-feet. This engine can only be paired with a 10-speed automatic gearbox.
The Bronco Raptor will probably come with a new engine. We all believe that Ford needs an engine that can match Wrangler Rubicon 392’s numbers. Therefore, turbocharged V6 is a certain thing. One of the possibilities is to see a new 3.0-liter V6 with around 400 horsepower. The other possibility is to see the same engine as in the F-150 Raptor– a well-known 3.5-liter V6, which puts out around 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque.
2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor Redesign
As we’ve just mentioned, the 2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor models will represent the second production year of the current generation. Base models will continue in the same way, with the same design characteristics. On the other side, the Raptor will be all-new for the next year and it will come with lots of upgrades. One of the first things that come to mind is suspension. This version will also feature independent suspension at the front, but significantly modified, in order to provide more travel, higher ground clearance etc. Naturally, we count on all kinds of other mechanical upgrades, such as locking differentials, skid plates and similar things. Finally, the new Raptor will come with new traction modes on offer.
Without any doubt, the Blue Oval company will prepare a full load of exclusive styling details for the new Bronco Raptor, in order to accentuate its performance character. The 2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor will feature the same base styling, but the Raptor will come with loads of upgrades and we have no doubt that designers will use the same approach as with other Raptor-badged models, particularly the F-150. In other words, you may count on a massive black grille, along with other back plastics details around the vehicle. Unique wheels are another thing that comes to mind. Just like the standard model, this version should also be offered in two variants, with two or four doors.
Interior
On the inside, things shouldn’t change too much for the 2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor. The standard version will continue in the same way. This means an interior design that has a lot of good things to offer. The dashboard looks pretty attractive, as it combines modern and retro styling elements. Furthermore, there is a pretty nice list of tech features, which makes this cabin pretty “smart” and premium-looking.
The Raptor may come with a couple of unique details. Some of the things that come to mind are unique upholstery, unique stitching, a few “Raptor” logos around the cabin etc. Other than that, we count on a long list of standard equipment, as this will be one of the most expensive Bronco models on the offer.
Both versions will be available in two body styles, as two- or four-door SUVs. The two-door model is significantly shorter and offers spectacular off-road potential. Its interior is very tight. On the other side, the four-door model offers a great balance between performance, as it’s not just off-road capable, but also offers a spacious cabin, with a roomy second row and decent cargo volume.
2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor Release Date and Price
Both 2025 Ford Bronco and Bronco Raptor will arrive sometime in the last quarter of the year. The base price will go around 30.000 dollars, while the new Raptor will probably feature starting price of around 61.000 dollars.
